dvd burners arent that expensive. you can get a single layer burner for bout 30-50 after rebates. but you dont really need one to get the bios on ur xbox. wat chip do you have?

500 bucks for a dvd burner heheheehe thats funny anyway you can burn it onto cd-rw media and it should work fine...

Yeah I use those all the time but what chip do you have cause there alternatives to flashing your bios depending on what chip you have smile.gif

And i have the CD-RW disks and i tried all that but it said file dose not fit!

ok first of all forget the DVD burner... with the xenium you can flash via FTP, http, or even a USB jump drive (my prefered method) If you have the proper bios then it should not be a big deal... I suggest going to the "usual places" and getting an x4983.xx bios the xx can be replaced with .06 or .67. .06 is just the F drive and .67 is an F and G drive... you only need to worry about a G drive if you drive is over 137GB. Once you have the bios just put it on a standard usb jump drive use the included usb adapter and pop the usb in. once in move the bios over and Bam you are done. smile.gif good luck
