Don't have a Halo XBox....but I have this....
Chipped XBox with a 200gig hard drive installed, as well as blue LED lights inside. Professionally modded, so it's as solid as they get.
Applications on it unclude DVD X- Player, Halo Cache editor, Remote X, Text Editor, XBox media Center, and XToolBoxx, as well as a file manager, etc.
has lots of pre-loaded skins as well. basically everything you would want, already put on here.
Basically brand new, comes with console and hookups.
