ok i just got my chip from fedex and im just wondering for the pins, the large pins go into the chip and the small in the board right, and should i use flux when doing this pins? fast help would be great but i can wait

also are there any pins i ned to remove?

the pinheader goes in the mobo.

just remove the pins that dont have a spot, theres 1 or 2 pins on the pin header that dont have a spot to go on the mobo you can tell if you try and put the pin header in

On the male remove pin 4 it won't go into the board without. I think its 5 and 7 on the female but that bit is obvious when you look at it.
