Just wondering, for those of us running UDE1 or 2, or any other softmod that loads a different bios, is there any difference in loading say, the Evox M8 and the X3 bios? Probably a very n00b question, but i know that autoinstallers like the ltools UDE 1 & 2 installer lets one choose which bios to use.

Not unless you edited the bios but even then the start up is no different as all ude (or softmod) does is load different bios after the stock bios have been loaded. And the reason they ask is some people prefer evox m8 over x3 but also x3 i think isn't v1.6 supported but I could be wrong so don't quote me and don't get mad if I'm wrong.

i use evo m7 because when i try any other bios nothing works as in apps and games running but the dash did load

stick with what you've got....but if you really feel the need to upgrade, the current top of the line is nkpatcher 10
