I have just burn about 500 snes roms to a dvd, I have tried transferring these roms to the snes rom folder using xbmc.

Only problem is that it only lets me copy so many and then it stops.

Could anybody shed any light on this matter?

What size hdd?, maybe you have no space for them.

It is a premod and I only got it last friday!

the xbox uses a fatx file system and only allows files which arent over 42 characters or something and cant contain any commas etc, you will need to rename the invalid rom filenames so they can be used on the xbox, look on google for a fatx file renamer

I have just sorted my problem out.

For some reason when it got to one of the roms it kept stopping so I have just ignored this rom and copied the rest!

I just have one more query if you dont mind helping out.

I have now got tons of roms all on my E drive. There are 600 sega roms, 500 snes roms, and 40 n64 roms.

This is taking up a lot of space on my drive right?????

If so does this mean that I wont have any room for my xbox game saves?

Move all your roms to F, or G if you have one..
