ok here's the deal . .

I'm using xboxhdm to clone a 160GB (that's about 40 GB full) to my 300GB drive. All seems to be going well but its been about 16 hours now and the process is still on the "this could take awhile -- go have a beer" prompt.

My Q: is - is it supposed to take this long?

I also noticed in the line above the beer line it say somthing like

bs=512k

please don't tell me this means bits/sec = 512kbps

sorry I was kinda hoping I'd get some help or at least some frickin' advice on another way to do this. I spent the weekend waiting for it to finish and just realized yesterday that the process would take somthing over 24 hours
