My friend has given me his Halo 2 headset to fix. Problem is, I don't know how, or even how this would happen. Here's what he says happened.
He was using it one day, and the volume started to go down a little bit. It kept getting quieter and quieter each subsequent day until yesterday when it finally stopped working.
It does not pick up sound nor return sound. I've checked it with both his and my communicator pucks, and my cell phone headset works in both of those. So I know its not a problem with that.
I'd just like to know if anyone knows whats up with this, if the product is faulty or if it could be fixed by me.
