i have a fair bit of experience with duox2,xenium, and aladdin in all versions of xbox's including the v1.6.

But i have a mate that bought a premodded one from ebay and some of the games like Sodier Of Fortune double helix freeze on loading (they work fine in my modded xbox's) i thougth it must have an old bios so i went ot upgrade the bios and it says it couldnt flash the bios, so i open the box up to find there is not modchip at all and it must be using a gmaesave hack.

IS there anyway to make it load these games ? can i update something ?, the dashboard is evox 3935 and i think the bios is 5838.01 (i didnt think v1.6 game save hack use a bios but thats what evox displays) i would prefer to change to evox m8.

thanks

your a genius, a 10 second fix by deleting the contents of the cache folder and it works fine now. SOF 2 boots no problems. Its kind of a strange problem, did it ever happen to you again ?

if you did ANY research you would have found the answer yourself. The cache problem is very common and is cuz of xboxhdm leaving files there.
