Hey,

I am trying to get my modded xbox up and running. I have version 1.1 and and xecuter3 chip. I downloaded the M8 bios from this site and flashed it with the bank select set to on on off off off. I saw it flash the chip, and I did not recieve any errors. It shutdown when the flash was complete. I turned it back on and now nothing is happening. My X3 chip Bank Selector flashes blue and red a few times, then the tray eject button flashes red and green very quickly. Any idea what I may have done? How do I fix it? One last note: I made sure that I had the bios for for my version 1.1 box, I did not use the 1.6 version of the bios. I also have installed a 250 gb seagate drive in my box before I flashed the bios, could this be part of the problem? Thanks!!

Great thanks!! It worked. I have another question though. I would like to install Slayers 2.6, I thought all would have to do is insert the disk and it would pull up the install menu, but this doesnt seem to be happening. Do I need to use the New Harddrive Upgrade option in the X3 bios menu? Thanks again!!

You need to disable autobooting of config live.
