Hey guys..
If I would like to setup a xboxhdm boot cd with the same tools that the krayzie's installer has (nkp10, evox, shadowc) how could I do that ? What files should I put in the C: directory !? Can it be at least done ? Im asking that because I dont have a memory unit and dont wanna pay 40$ for one !!!

check out teh tool in my sig " UXE installer for xboxhdm".. It has all the features but its specially for xboxhdm.. It does NKP+Shadowc+Evox ( option 2)..

OK, got the package! Can I use it even if I dont have the EEPROM using any hotswap technique to unlock the HD before running xboxhdm !?
Also, there is no option for backup in our menu. So that means Im gonna have
to do it with EvoX after the installation !?

yes.. you can do that with hotswap.. and xboxhdm cannt backup your eeprom so there is no backup menu.. you need to do that from evox..

ok cool... by the way is it the nkpatcher version 10 in your package !?
And you do have to backup the C with xbrowser before the installation right ?

... Also, just realized that the C: is empty on the boot CD, does your package need that folder or it is only using the sminstaller folder ?
