it finished and shut off on its own, but now when i try to turn it back on, it shuts right off without the whole frag thing. the lights all come on, and then shut off.

did u flash the right bios for your xbox version?

X3.3108 comes with one bios for 1.0-1.5 xbox's and another for 1.6/1.6b xbox's.
