I was at the frankfurt airport about 3 weeks ago and i saw a psp on a store shelf?
i assume it was just a display unit, but i haven't visited lately so... 
many stores do, however, take advantage of the later region release and import them from overseas. it's a shame that so many also mark up the prices to margins way above what the suggest retail is.
