I'm trying to back up my XBox games using Flash FXP but when I connect PC & XBox together it seems I can only locate a VIDEO_TS folder in the Xbox D drive???

When I first tried backing up I managed to locate all the game files, but this time (with a different game) I can only find the VIDEO_TS folder???

Any ideas why I can't find the game files?
