I supposedly killed my dashboard or something, so when I boot up, it goes to the Customer Service screen, with error 14. Someone said I have to Cold Boot my Xbox. Can you tell me how, and what cold modding is, and if there is a software way to do it(I don't want to open my box).

cold boot means to boot with an original xbox game disc
