i need help with how fast information transfers from xbox to pc using flash fxp. When i transfer something from my Pc to my Xbox it goes at a few thousand KB/s but when i transfer something from my xbox to my pc it only goes at about 40 KB/s is there a way i could fix this. it useto travel about the same speed from one to another but for some reason it wont anymore.
can some1 tell me how to fix this problem?

Do you desactivate firewall and anti-virus it could slow down your transfert!
