Since right after i changed my eeprom i am getting the "live not found" error, if i called M$ and sais i just bought this modded xbox with a new eeprom do you think they would be able to help me? because im not getting any help on this forum. the settings look right but right when i try to sign in it starts the troubleshooter. xlink kai wont connect either. good idea to call?

alright netdevils ive done all i know how to do. right when i click on my gamertag to sign on it says start troubleshooter. whatr settings would i need to change?

I accidently turned my xbox on with the chip on and it went on to the live dash and said xbox live not found (but I havn't been banned?)...

Will I get banned if I go onto the live dash with my chip on (not like click the friends tab or anything (which requires a passcode))? I put a passcode on to make sure I don't accidently go on live while the chips on... But it seems a bit pointless if I can't go on the dash with my chip on (as it boots right to the live dash right away).

Aside from xbox live not working, you must address why xlink kai is not working, its either a problem with your network or a problem with your MAC address in your eeprom.

Can you FTP into the box?
Can any of your apps access the internet?

these xyz codes show that "xbox live not found" come with the Y code being 00C2, and mine is. im gonna try to use another eeprom once i get one.

also, netdevil, i can FTP and no app can access the internet. (ive only tried xlink.
