where can I get a extra 12volts out of my xbox? My plan is to install an extra 12v fan.

get a molex splitter and run it off the HD

Can you get that at like radio shack?
Does it harm my HDD in any way or does it cut power to the fan when the HDD is active?
Thanx for the help. After I get this looking nice and working great I will post a tutorial.

some radio shacks have them, some dont, mine used to, now it doesnt
the fan doesnt interfere with the HD operation at all, and vice versa
