OK this really sucks!!

My friend got banned like two weeks ago a hes been playing on my xbox(which by the way is modded as well) with his memcard and last night he copied over his gamertag on my HDD so he wouldnt need his memcard all the time and we played till like 3 last night and this morning I went online and i was banned Is there a way to get it to work?

If I buy a another xbox can I still use my old Gamertag?

My friend who was banned got a new HD and crap and signed on again with his gamertag and got banned again. he played with me on my xbox with his gamertag fine while it was still on the memcard but as soon as i put it on the HD it was banned. So if I put my gamertag on a memcard and kept it there would I be able to go on?

PS: He played on my xbox for weeks with his banned gamertag on his memcard

that will work, since it has a stock HD


this could be a major breakthrough, perhaps the fl;agged gamertag must be on the large HD to be able to detect it (we do know they are stored on the partition table)

anybody with a flagged gamertag want to test this out?

in theory it could work, because the partition on the mem card is still fine and dandy, wow that is a break through, if proven.

I talked to MS and if I send them a pic of the bottom of my xbox they will unban me. So should I A)Just find one on the internet B)Take a pic and photshop in the holes(I just pushed the screwdriver through the stckers)

yeah my brother inlaw whos acount was on my xbox as well called and we need to send a pic of the bottom to prove it wasnt modded

I would try it but my HD is STOCK. It does sound like very interesting test to run though, and very simple too.
