Is there any software (or drivers) that will allow me to read/write usb flash memory drives that are X-box formatted on a PC?

I have hardwired 2 usb ports to share with controller ports 3 & 4, I can connect a standard usb flash memory to the X-box and it recognizes the drive and procedes to erase (format) it. After the X-box erases the flash drive the PC sees it as unformatted. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the xbox uses the fatX file system... so when it formats ur USB drive it makes ur drive use the fatX file system which is incompatible with windows
