Considering the game will be released on PS2 and Xbox 1 well before it comes out on Xbox360... also considering all of those screens are 4:3 I would imagine that those are current gen screen shots.
Though... considering EA's track record the 360 will probably just get a port of the Xbox version

F*ck a port, mayswell buy a probably cheaper xbox version and use the backwards compatability. Im looking forward to both the Godfather and Scarface games.

I'm still excited by the prospect of this game, although that could be because I've just finished the Godfather trilogy movie boxset
Although I still think it has a lot to do to just compete with the classic PC game "mafia" ... while it was also released on the consoles. The xbox got a shoddy ps2 port so the PC version is leagues ahead.

ive got this, i havent played so much on a game without muiltiplayer since GTA... this game is awsome, you get used to the graphics and after all they do kick ass compared to what we used to be playing on ps1 XD

Yeah, no doubt this is for Xbox 1. No doubt at all. In addition to what Twisted said, look at the picture where the woman is hostage. Look at the street and tell me that is not complete and utter garbage for a 360 game. They wouldn't even release any screenshots if it looked that bad.

im kinda in debate to whether im going to just beat it for xbox or just wait for 360... im guessing it will just be a port with slightly better graphics... game is really fun though.. think mafia meets GTA

I wouldn't doubt if those are 360 shots. The shops have too much detail to be a xbox1 game, but not enough to be a 360 game. Damn, I was looking forward to this too. Yeah, gfx can ruin a game for me, shoot me.

yeah right this is for xbox 360 its in the purely indicated in the screenshots. have heard this game before. how good is this game? i mean do we have anything more like exciting stuff to expect from this game?

The game is most likely going to be a port judging from the screen shots.
Look at the street light and the buildings in the background, they look like graphics from an Xbox game.
The only thing that looks good is the fat guys jacket.
