Doom 4?
It looks cool, and I love the quake series, but it looks exactly like doom 3 but with more machine enimies insted of demons......Hopefully it will be way better than that trailer.

Couldn't have said it any better myself. Hopefully it will be less like Doom 3.
i loved doom 3, i think this game will be awesome. 
Technically it's based on the Doom 3 engine, isn't it?

Yes, as is Prey. Prey looks to be a better game thus far though.
