Is it possible to make an xboxhdm CD, copy the eeprom.bin onto a floppy, and then mount the floppy drive and lock the HD using the eeprom on the floppy?

I'd like to be able to do this so I can just have one xboxhdm CD that I can use to rebuild HDD's with and then just copy the eeprom onto a floppy disc and to something like

CODE
lockhd -a /mnt/floppy/eeprom.bin

instead of having to burn a new CD everytime I want to upgrade someone else's HDD.

you don't even have to mount the floppy or do anything fancy etc... . Create an xboxhdm cd with the files you want except the eeprom in the eeprom folder etc... when you lock or unlock, it will ask you where is the eeprom, one of the option is in the floppy... just insert the floppy with the eeprom and select the appropriate option and it should access it from the floppy.

I believe the your command would work but I think you need to mount the floppy first

yeah the correct mounting command would be
mkdir /mnt/floppy
mount -t vfat /dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy
