Hey Team UIX, I was thinking that its been a long time between releases, and thats just fine take your time. But really because of the lack of updates and releases i find that team uix is alienating users. now i know that you're all still there but why not start a weekly update blog on your site that could give us a lil info on the dev thats going on. I know a couple weeks ago Jbone annouced on IRC that UIX now has true type fonts working and showed a screenshot, that is a perfect example of a update that would keep users and users to be engaged and waitin for hte next release.

Yep it would spoil all of the suprises that UIX has to offer, although it makes some people loose faith in the dash there are still those loyal folowers who know UIX will pull thru and make a dash full of suprises.

You can make a blog and not give away all the supprises in the program you're developing.

like i mean these forums are dead right now because of the lack of updates maybe some hints could people thinking about uix.

you seem to be thinking of it still, so maybe the lack of updates is the best kind of suspense you can have for the dash!

mhh... somehow I dun believe in UIX anymore, b4 I was a supporter of that dash too but it's sad that they dun give us any news and even more sad that they made us empty promises. maybe they dun make a new release cos of the "stolen" dash. the alternatives of the dashs and a lot are better, it's poor too see no new reslease of UIX cos I think it has the biggest potential of all, but maybe I'm wrong and in the next few time we'll get a dash that'll let our boxes explode!

You have no faith in the dash, go use en!gma, i know that it is not better, i have tested it and it likes to crash. Actually it looks like they have coded the dash to crash as a feature.

The alternatives are not better, the version that YOU modded is better. That is what UIX is about making the dash for what YOU want it to be.

And if you cant code then LEARN how, that is half the fun of the dash

I dont want a bug filled dash, so im waiting for UIX to finish, that is why a release takes so long to come out

These guys do have a life outside of UIX, they dont have to give you a weekly update, or even any updates at all.


There are reasons that they dont give news, try to figure it out

Go to #TeamUIX and talk to the dev's, maybe then you will get some info

Then don't go on about it for so damn long. Why mention it at all? Just hit us with a final great release that we are all amazed by because it came out of nowhere instead of keeping us hanging on like dogs because they can? Hype never works.

I never said anything like that i said that editing the dash to somthing more along the lines of what you want is half the fun of the dash, as other dashboards do NOT let you tweak the code any way like UIX does.

But now im sad that the xips are to be locked. Ansd i know who tho blame there...



Have you ever used tHc, were you a part of the tHc Original community?

Did you see just how long it was untill tHc LITE was released?

The dashboards are coded untill they are allmost compleatly bug free. Lite had 1, maybe 2 bugs, all which were fixed by the tHc community. They DONT mean to hype the community up or they would make some shit like ilovebees.com just so we can get a peek at it. The people of the community get hyped because they release a small video, that is not even rendered in dash...

Just be glad that there is UIX, because the paths that XDN and BSX were on, were not as great as to what is to come of UIX.
