before i had problems reading my backup discs i solved the problems by usin HP DVD + R (instead of -R) but now i my xbox has problems reading original CD's.

and also when i try using my "DVD2XBOX" program it stores the game (suposely) but i cant load it its nowhere to be found

help!

Sounds like ur laser needs a cleaning or is on it's way out...

Check to see if you happen to have a Thomson DVD Drive. If so I would consider replacing the laser, using the pot tweak, or finding yourself a nice Samsung DVD Drive to replace it with.

For the 2nd part of your question, when using dvd2xbox make sure you save your game in the correct folder. Select E:/Games or F:/Games depending how big your HD is and where you want your games stored. I'm guessing your just picking the E: or F: and your not finding the games on your dashbaord because of this. Use a file explorer and see if you can find the games you've already put on your HD in either the E: or F: partition. If they are there either move or create a Games folder (EX E:/Games) and move them into that folder.

when i use boXplorer only my C and E hard drives come out and i see a Fable file but i cant load it and also my xbox only wants to install backup discs into it... i tried puttin my halo and it says ¨it did the work¨ but it takes bout 5 secs and is no where to be found.... also my Music CDs is a problem nor original or backup CDs only if i record em on a rewritable CD
