Ok, so I know I can use the MSDash to format my psp's memory stick as a xbox MU. Trouble is I highly doubt I could then use it as a psp stick without reformatting it on the psp. Now my goal is to be able to store psp files on my xbox hdd, such as movies and whatnot, and to be able to connect my psp to retrieve those files, since memory sticks are so limited in their storage capacity. UX recognized the stick as unformatted when I plugged it in, calling it drive J. So is there any way to do this or is it a lost cause?
