I have a xbox v1.0 with TSOP flash. Question: If i boot the xbox with bios-1, after boot i put the switch to the other bios-2. If i flash now the TSOP with EvoX, over-flashed i then the Bios-1 or the Bios-2 ?

You will flash bios 2.
