Hi Guys, all the issues im currently having could be down to the build version Im running; dated 13.06.05

anyway: Ive got a couple of movies with AC3 SPDIV(????) audio, but Im getting nothing, other movies etc play fine.
I did also try them before I upgraded which was a very stable version, Im guessing there using a codec not in mplayer, id there anyway to recify this?

Also, if I increase the audio through the settings, when I play a video file is permantly in fast forward.

Another, when I call up the video interfcae while watching a video file, its all condenssed, squashed up.

thats it for now, any hlp would be appreciated, but I think Ill roll back to the last release, xbmc-2005-05-30.rar

any help on the movie sound would be appreciated.

1: If you have digital audio passthrough it will send all audio info to your reciver and nothing will come out of the tv speakers. Turn it off and you should get it there too...

2: Get a newer XBMC build and/or a newer mplayer.dll. The smurf/chipmunk problem is when audio amplification is on is solved.

3: I dont get what you mean about the OSD being squashed....
