I was given an older Xecuter 3 chip which is not a ce, is there any chance of FlashBios 3.03 being on the second bank? Or should I not bother installing this chip on a 1.6b.

if it is an older x3 pretty good chance that 3.0.3 is not going to be on it...a 1.6b needs flashbios 3.0.3

What I'm asking is if ANY non ce X3s ever had 3.03 on them.

the originall x3 was just that, an x3....they were all non ce and are commonly referred to as an x3...most of these chips come with flashbios 3.0.0 or 3.0.1...to my knowledge, the x3ce was the first to have flashbios 3.0.3 but I could be wrong about this...I think if you buy an older x3 chances are you will find that it will not have flashbios 3.0.3 on it
