ok i have a x3 with the bios installed but there old and out of date how can i update them.

the chip is flash i have a dash but i got like ver 2903 or some old version i whant the new 1 do i have 2 reflash my chip

Yes, go get 3294 (latest) and boot up to your backup bank of flashbios (Power and Eject) and flash away. If you can flash via network it is easiest...
