i cant go into xbins on mirc..it says something about this address has been ban?!

does that mean im ban? i dont see how? lol i never go there

this same thing happened to me last night....i have no idea whats going on,i thought i was banned too but i didnt do anything,so hopefully this means im not

Did u guys try to download more than 30 files from xbins? IF so, u guys got urself a temporary ip ban.

Nope. They are both right. I got the same error when I tried to connect to the server. It was a problem with the server, tho, not with xbins.

It works fine for me.

Well, it works today. I just got the error yesterday.

no i didnt download too much stuff to get IP banned

i've only donwloaded a total of 4 things so far from it,never more than 1 a day too

i found on some other website a FAQ about xbins,and in there was a section about "why am i banned" and this is exactly what it said,so i would say that based off that FAQ,those of us not getting in arent banned

"If you are banned on the server, you will recieve one of these two error's in your FTP client when trying to download a file:
"550- I told you not to be greedy. You have taken too much this day. Try back tomorrow."
OR
"550- Guess what? YOU'RE BANNED. Perhaps if you followed the rules you would not be."


i never saw a message like that,so that should mean im not banned,which is good becuase i didnt do anything against the rules
