I Think this is an XBMP problem so I'm posting here.
I have XBMP (3-29-03) as my dash.
If I switch on from cold, let it boot to XBMP then drop back to evox my xbox will freeze on evox.
If I then switch off & on, boot to XBMP I can drop back to evox without any freeze. In fact I can go back and forward as many times as I like.
This has happened in a number of XBMP builds.
Can anyone please help me?

i have experienced that aswell. Also experienced no video when
viewing movie files. Only sound would play.
