The screens split in 4 difrent things and twists to the right im thinking its the bios but it only loads it like this if I go to my unleashx dash board or boot up a game / app from the dashboard if I just put a game in turn the xbox off and back on (cold boot) then I dont have these video probs so it would be realy great if any one has any sugesstions for me. Or if any one could possibly find me/give me a tut on how to fix this. Btw I have broke so many xboxes and fixed the problems but this is the only one I have not. so If some one can help then next time this happens I wont have to worrie

Sounds like a BIOS issue. what sizeof file did you flash to the chip and what type of chip. If not a chip it must be a tsop flash I would guess so what XB version do you have?
