actually... hurricanes can be created... despite what you think you know about hurricanes, they are mostly driven by electrical disturbances in the atmosphere. Do some fucking research on weather modifcation projects and patents. Especially the use of HAARP up in Alaska.. Pushing 500 million watts of RF power into the ionosphere does create some fucked up weather patterns..

Oh and to get a U.S. Patent issued, you have to show proof that the invention does what it says...

Ionospheric heaters like HAARP have been used for decades. Primarily in the middle east and eastern africa. The authors of "Angels dont play this HARRP" admit it in the book. HAARP is just he only Ionospheric heater in north america so all the enviros get upset about it. And saudis have the ability to push a lot more than 500 million watts into the ionosphere or a billion watts for that matter (HAARP is only capable of pushing a billion watts since that is all they can get from prudhoe bay at maximum capicity).
