hey,
I have a softmodded xbox and i am looking for a 80gig HDD.
I have no clue where to start.
Could you guys give me some good fast and reliable websites that have 80 gig HDD's

just make sure you buy and ide hard drive, and not a SATA one.

google up some places, and have a look around, you can often get them from places with heaps of cashback vouchers

whats the difference between an ide HDD and a SATA HDD???

P.S. can i just buy a pc HDD and put it in my xbox?

the difference is what sort of bus it uses. sata is new, and the xbox only has ide buses. and they are normal computer hard drives.

so just ask for an 80gn ide hdd
