Ok, I have the dashboard installed. Now, when I open it up I heard something about how you need to go to memory management but when I go there it doesn't even list my live accounts. So, how do I end the subscription to my live account?

Phone the XBox customer support line for your country (found at www.xbox.com) and ask tell them you want to cancle your Xbox live account
