Hey ppls,

i just got a new HD, but atm i have the original HD with the ava dashboard. (chipped yes)

my question is:
if i use the evox boot disk to partition and format my new drive etc, can i just copy everything from my old drive to the new one and will it just boot up the same as before? because i want the ava dash as i have now

if this needs clarifying plz ask lol



also im assuming that i dont need to worry about the bios etc for i only just got it chipped with all new stuff

technically you can, but dont be suprised if it doesnt work out. things like that just make me nervous. i would much rather back up my apps/games/music/skins/etc, install new, and then transfer my things over

okay what i mean is ill copy all the info my my original drive to my pc... then copy all that info back to the new HD through ftp once it has been formatted etc..

will doing this just overwrite the evox dash and basically go back to the way i had my old drive setup just with more space
