I have been having a problem with my xbox. First I have been getting error code 13 when the xbox booted so I put in a Slayers XBox boot disc and it had been going very very slowley like it took 2 minutes just to scroll down so I took out the CD and put in a Xbox Game Cd and it loaded perfectly at normal speed so I tried loading the xbox again with nothing in the DVD drive and it loaded the evox dashboard but had still been very slowly when it was loading it from the hardrive and not from the cd. So I dont know what to do PLEASE HELP!

Sounds like your hard drive is dying (when you boot to slayer it fades for a couple of minutes until you can scroll right?)..Backup any important data while you still can.
