I just installed a XCM crystal case on a 1,6b xbox and I boot up to see an error 12... Just explain to me what it is and Ill fix it.

Wow thats strange, same thing happened to me... Error 12 is DVD drive, I simply thought mine died but I opened it up and wiped off the lens and it started working again, but thats a weird coicidence that the same thing is happening to you when the same stuff happened to me when I installled my xbox in my new XCM crystal case.
