ok so i have the splinter cell version of the UXE Exploit. i go to check points and a big unleash-X thing comes up then it asks me if i want to back up my files so i go to click ok and then it says please wait and goes into customer service thing and a big 21 is in the upper left corner can anyone hlep me?

What's "THE" splinter cell version? There are many versions/packages.
