alight ive followed tutorials tried installing the thing liek three times already nothings showin up in the programs folder or nothing i dont know whats up im using a softmodded xbox with evolution x could someone please tell me what i need to do to install it cause its confusing the hell out of me...

Just install it like you would any other app. Put it in your apps directory. It really couldnt be more simple. If you need additional help check the manual, theres detailed step by step instructions on installing xbmc. Link is in my sig.
