I lifted all the circle traces on the LPC points, but I thought the mobo would still be working. I turn it on and it just frags.

If you only damaged the LPC points then the box would still boot from the TSOP, (assuming D0 is not grounded).

That implies you broke more than the LPC header points, or that you damaged the reset line which is in the same area.

Wheres the reset line, the resistors right next to the lpc points? Or is it on the same exact area as the lpc points. I was sticking the gun through the points and scratched alot of the circuit points. I don't see damage or solder splash anywhere else except the lpc points.

Sorry to be honest but I have to be.
If you lifted every LPC point you do not have the capability to repair the damage. Cut your losses now and let networkBoy fix the board for you.
