OK I downloaded the Logo-x GUI version, and tried patching my xboxdash.xbe, but it comes up with the error "logox.exe is missing" even though logox.exe is sat in the same folder, and according to the readme, is the correct version to work with the GUI. If I try and open logox.exe, in either the GUI or DOS version, the DOS box pops up for about 0.25 of a second, then disappears. Literally, if you blink, you miss it. What the hell is going on? I'd really like a custom boot logo.

Most DOS programs do that when you just double click the icon... try starting the command prompt then navigating to the folder the exe is in, then run it within the command prompt.

You patch BIOS's i think, not a dashboard
So that would be the first problem
Just go to start -> run -> and type: CMD in the pop up box
Then navigate to the app and it will give you a list of potions that you can do

OK well I got Logo-X working, and inserted my boot logo, but I obviously did it wrong because it gave me Error 13 (unspecified dashboard error). I replaced it with my original xboxdash.xbe and its works again. Anyone got a working .raw image I can use, with something cool in it? Or the xboxdash.xbe already patched with one?
