BEFORE you look at the pics, read this!!

The pics and video are from E3, yes almost 3 months ago on the old kits so the 4x MSAA was Not being used, and the old pc ati cards were inside. You will see some jaggies because the ati/edram setup didnt exist in the devkits, so no worries. I believe FSAA 2x is being run though in this.

Imagine this shit a year from now being tweaked on Final Hardware by the Master himself

You're right. I found it very odd that it was running on Nvidia chips.

that's because ATI hasn't released any Shader model 3 compliant chips.

This game will kick ass...the video skips...wonder if it is my work PC...guess I will have to try it at home. This will be one of my favorite series (yeah I said series) based on what I have seen. Humans fighting off extinction is just too good of subject matter

That still doesnt make sense. ATI has their Smartshader HD and F-buffer, which allows for "infinite" shader operations.

I bet it had somehting to do with the Unreal 3.0 engine and how it was first programmed for Nvidia chips. Remember how all the new Unreal games start with the stupid "Nvidia, the way its meant to be played"

Now this IS "the English language does not have the word that I could use" (am talking about good shit)!

While this looks great, the video itself is sort of crappy.

The stuff being shown before E3 and even behind doors looked better than this.
This almost looks like an older video clip that just wasn't released before.

It's good to know that what Cliffy B showed on G4TV.COM blows this away.

The best thing about this video is that there are moments where it appears to be running at 60 fps.
Now correct me if I'm wrong but didn't Cliffy an one point confirm that he was shooting for 30 fps?

I'd go on a shooting spree if this game releases running at 60 fps!
