Excellent service, had a MS28 that I didnt fancy flashing, took it to Geds on Saturday night at 9.20pm and it was done by 9.30pm.....

Would have scared the carp out of me flashing my MS28 myself. I considered buying a via sata card but thought "what the hell, i might aswell let someone who knows what they're doing at it".

So I paid Ged a visit today and I have to say it was like watching a pro at work.

He had the drive out, flashed with xtreme 4.2a and back together within 10-15 minutes.

Thoroughly tested my 360 all afternoon and tonight and my box is working a treat, if anything the drives quieter than it was before.

I'd not hesitate recommending anyone who needs their box flashing going to Ged.

All in all, top quality service from a very friendly chap.

i read feedback on this board as i wanted my 360 modded so i took a chance and contacted Gez to do the job, he contacted me by phone we made the arrangements and i sent my xbox by post and recieved it back within 2 DAYS and it works perfectly, nothing to worry about with Ged as he is the best.

On another note i would like to inform people that I am still flashing firmware for the 360! Ive had 2 separate emails today asking this as they had "heard i had packed it all in".

At the moment i am not modding 0078fk's. I have only seen one of these drives to date so im not rushing out to buy a programmer just yet as a software solution could be just round the corner(I hope).
I will be resuming my premodded 360 service once the 0078fk enigma has been solved.

But I AM still chipping Original Xbox & firmware flashing the 360's.
Until you read otherwise from ME(in this thread), its Business As Usual.

The bloke is brilliant, Ged first chipped some xboxes for me and my kids last year . when i purchased a 360 he told me it couldnt be chipped yet,
but it wouldnt be long before he could ... 3 weeks after buying my box its done with the latest 00 78 00 79 software flash cant remember which one he said ..

After a cup of tea and and a sitdown watching the footie results the job was done ... you cant tell by looking at the box all i can say is a quick friendly professional service at a very good price ...

My friend broke his drive trying to flash it himself. The drive couldnt be saved, but Slim went completely out of his way as far as ordering a drive from HongKong himself and flashing it for my friend.

Slim you didnt get to chat to my mate, but he's very thankful buddy.

Everyone should use Slimgrip, seriously! 48hours later after sending him your drive you'll already have it back!

Jeez after 9 pages of glowing reports/reviews what can be left to add??

I took my 360 round to Ged last weekend and despite having a really bad back he still managed to flash it for me, not only that but within half an hour!!!. No sooner had I dropped it off I was gong back round to collect it again LOL.

A very genuine bloke who provides a "2nd to none service" he deffo knows his stuff when it comes to this sort of thing.

Like many of you reading this, I pondered for a long time about flashing my 360, having read all ged's glowing feedback and a with a bit of reassurance from the man himself i decided to take the plunge.

Ged was awesome, he took my xbox from and had it back in my hands 15 minutes later, after talking me through a few things I paid the man his very reasonable fee headed off back down the m6, was in wigan maybe 45 minutes tops.

ged provided a great service and is a nice guy to boot, my 360 works perfectly and I would gladly recommend him to anyone else and anyone wanting to contact me for a reference can do so at sycho1981@yahoo.co.uk

Brilliant service. Mailed my 360 up from Devon on monday afternoon, and recieved back on wednesday morning. Very fast, friendly, helpful person. The console works perfectly and you wouldn't ever tell it had been opened (masterful removal and re-application of warranty seal!).

Had my 360 chipped by slim, I sent it on Monday & got it back Wednesday.
Everything is working as it should.

Just recived my nintendo Wii back from ged after having a ninja v2 fitted.
Sent it off on wednesday and got it back today (friday).
Excellent service and the console doesnt even look like its been opened.
Even fitted the chip into a socket so can be easily upgraded when better chips come out latter.
Highly recomended to anyone thinking of having there wii modded.
