I Live down south and sent xbox360 and Nintendo Wii to slimgrip, He chipped both sent them back
day after , what speedy service and my consoles looked untouched and work perfect.My son cannot stop grinning. A very trustful guy and proffesional service, no doubt i will reckomend to friends..

I took my Bro's 360 to him and he flashed it within the hour and looked at my wii which i'd knackered and he was honest and trustworthy.

Dont panic about sending it to him he's a good bloke....

Please dont send me any drives/consoles via post, im on Holiday from next Tuesday for 2 weeks & with the way the post is striking at the moment theres no guarantee i will receive in time.
Still waiting for one Wii that was posted special delivery beginning of week, Post Office cant even guarantee Special Delivery.

Hopefully the Postal Dispute will be sorted by the time i return from holiday!

Now that Ixtreme 1.1 for BenQ drives has been released i will now be flashing these drives.
Still on Hols at the moment but back on Tuesday.

took my 360 up to ged to be flashed,very nice guy only took him 15 mins will definitly use him again in future.

wicked got in touch with Ged about my benQ drive sent it of after an initial chat by email (very approachable), got it back the next day after he had flashed the drive 4 me .
Would recommend his services to anyone who wants to protect there originals !!!!!

Just had x clamp done on a xbox that i bought with 3 red lights which some mug had attempted to fix and left it in a right mess.
Slimgrip sorted it within the hour

Sorry folks, im no longer Modding the Nintendo Wii.
Ive just used up the last of my Wiikey stock. All new Wii's are D2C chipsets.
The D2Ckey chip is a nightmare install & theres too many faulty chips on the market.

So until an easier to install & more reliable D2C modchip appears on the market please dont request Wii modchips.

My Xbox & 360 service is business as usual.

Just a quick note to say that over the past 3 or so months I have took my 360 and 2 of my neighbours to Ged to get them chipped (and 1 repaired as well).

He was quick, courteous and professional - basically can't praise the service high enough.


Will definitely be going back to him in future for anything else.

Had my new 360 done a couple of days before Xmas. Took less than 20 minutes, works brilliantly. Thoroughly recommend this guy.

I have an early Wii console - checked with Ged and he installed a wiikey which I had sourced myself with no problems.

Excellent service and highly recommended.

I heard about Ged through a few seperate forums and almost everything i heard was good, so i decided to contact Ged about fixing my 360 fixed.

It had overheated, would not boot and gave me an E74 error. After a couple of emails he said he would have a look at it, but could not guarantee to fix it. So i took it to him (with 2 other 360's that needed flashing) in the morning and said i would come back the following day. By 2pm the same day he rang confirming that he had fixed my 360 and flashed the other 2.

I could not be more pleased with the service.

I have no need to "cook" my feedback thread in order to get work as my reputation speaks for itself!
I also have no need to post the word "BUMP" everyday like most other advertisers on here out of desperation for work as a simple google/yahoo search will lead customers to my X-S thread.

When i have done the work requested i ask each & every customer to leave me a line or 2 of feedback here, hence they sign up & leave the feedback. Not all of them bother, probably as they are too busy enjoying their newly modded consoles.
Were they established members with oodles of posts they would in all likelihood be able to do the mods themselves.
That is the nature of the forum, or are you too stupid to realize that?

Some of the zero posters in this thread have been members for longer than myself.

I also find it "funny" that these semi-derogatory posts always appear in MY installer thread & not those of others who also have a proportionate amount of Zero Posters leaving feedback within minutes of joining X-S.
Perhaps we should get Admin to look at those IP addresses as well as yours?

I can personally vouch for Slim. Posters who seem to join up and then proceed to shit in someone's without any good reason will find themselves on a restriction. The post has been removed and the member warned.

Emailed Ged about a drive problem on my 360. He agreed to take a look at the following day, which being a Sunday was great for me.
Ged replaced and flashed the new drive in quick time.

took two 360's down to ged to be flashed,done in 40 mins big thanks from my mates ged they say it's the best money they have ever spent.

Got my 360 flashed today. All done and dusted within half an hour.

took the 360 to slimgrips house this morning, left it with him at 9.30 went for a coffee and a read of free paper in tesco (2 minutes from his house) picked console back up at 10. asked a few of the normal questions for a newbie and now at 10.43 sat in spare room playing console.

fantastic service and a very helpfull chap, wish i had met him years back it would have saved me a fortune from going to bowlers.

I would recomend his service to anyone really impressed

I Found Slimgrip thru this forum about 18 months ago, when i was looking to get my 360 sorted......
took both mine, and a friends over. Job Sorted. Then went back with another three machines a few weeks
later. . . . Job sorted again, no problem.

Kept my eye on his thread on here every now and then, to make sure he's still "on the job", coz you never know when ya might need him........... And noticed at the weekend that he way now supplying the
"R4" DS Cart.........!

Gave him a buzz Saturday afternoon, it was sent monday, and arrived Tuesday.

Can't fault the chap. If i'd have foned a few hours earlier, i would probably have got it yesterday, but the post office was allready shut when i foned......

We all know there's many "MrModz-N-Chipz" type places to be found on the net that do this kind of cart, but
i dont see the point of "taking a risk" with those outfits, when we've got Slimgrip. 101% and 2 Thumbs up from me.
