it looks like im flashing my X-Bit ok, but when i boot my xbox i still see MS under the logo. and my Xbit LED is on (so that means its using my new BIOS right?) the Bios that im loading is X2 4983.67. im using Bios 6 256k, under column 6. am i doing this right?

No, your chip is probably not aligned correctly, or you have it in stealth mode. I{t should say 'Xecuter2' instead of 'MS' below the bootup logo.

ok i got the Bios and EvoX to boot, but now i cant ftp. any clues as to what im doin wrong here? im usin a hub to connect.
