okay, I actually just ordered a ps/2 keyboard adapter, could i use that in linux, linksbox, and windows?

thanks alot!

You mean an usb converter for ps/2, then you still need a way to connect that to your xbox either by getting an USB/XBOX adapter or cutting up an controller cord and solder the USB/ps2 adapter to it. Yes you can use that in Linux, Linksbox and windows (if you emulate it in Linux). I think you can use it in XBMC aswell to chat when using xlink but Im not sure
