My uncle purchased a SP.Ice combo package and I noticed that all the stuff added is for a v1.6 xbox...now I looked at the combo package then I looked at the seperate package for v1.0 - 1.5 and the adapters which go into the board are wrong.
Can you still fit the combo package chip on the v1.2/1.3 xbox? Because on the single bit the black thing which goes into the d0 place is different to the one on the combo will this effect it still?

Yes, you can. You just don't use the 1.6 stuff and you put the spring wire in the d0 hole. See the sticky at the top of this forum for details
