Full Version: Microphone Won't Work...

I can hear my voice in my headphones, but it won't work in cs:source or sound recorder or anything. I checked and it isn't muted, any ideas?
in cs you have to go into the options and configure the mic and you should be able to test it before going into the game. Then assign "mic" or whatever it is to a button then go into the game and try it
Bring up your Full sized volume control, select options -> properties then click recording and ok. Now make shur the selected source is your microphone.

yea I knew that, I tested it and the bar didn't rise

Recording is grayed out
nvm I got it, it was an option in sound recorder and now it works in cs
