i have an iso of a movie on pc HD. what file format do i need to make it to put in my movie folder on my xbox HD? how do i convert it? i would like to transfer it to my xbox like i did my games.

thanks!!!!

1. find program to extract file from iso
2. send it to xbox
3. play it (as long as your player suports the format)

What you need to look for in the tutorials is how to ftp to the xbox, after that then come ask us how to put a movie on the xbox wink.gif

the file is already in a format within the iso, i dont understand the question... if its not the format you need then find something to convert it

OK question #1 : What's the filename extension for the movie? .bin? or .iso?

If it's the former you don't need to extract anything out of the image, xbmp plays bin images just fine.

If the latter, then try ISOBuster. And read the networking tutorials. If you can connect to your xbox, then you can transfer files over.

You don't need to extract it to anything. It just comes out in whatever format it was in when it was made into an iso. Just bear with us and give some more information. Is this an .avi file or is this a vcd/svcd you're trying to extract from?
